Kiratraj Sadana
Kirat is a disputes, IP, and technology lawyer with experience in regulatory advisory, commercial contracts, and IP enforcement. Before Apar Law, he trained at firms like Khaitan & Co. and Singh & Singh, working on high-stakes IP litigation and tech policy matters. He has developed strong expertise in appellate and intellectual property litigation, having advised on complex challenges to judicial decisions and contributed to securing landmark interim reliefs in copyright protection for digital interfaces.

He has appeared before the Supreme Court and several High Courts, representing global brands in trademark, copyright, and IT-related disputes. His work combines legal strategy with commercial insight, shaped by a Master’s in Corporate and Financial Laws.

Outside of work, he enjoys writing on legal-policy issues, reading about World War II and staying (very) competitive on FIFA.

Vibhuti Vasisth
Dual-qualified in India and Scotland, Vibhuti has advised global intermediary and technology platforms on regulatory compliance, intermediary liability, and content governance. She was part of the core team in a landmark privacy matter before the Supreme Court of India and has appeared in significant constitutional and commercial litigation across forums.

Her experience spans IP, tech, and regulatory disputes, with a strong foundation in litigation strategy, senior counsel briefings, and high-stakes advocacy. She brings a disciplined, cross-jurisdictional perspective shaped by international training and a defence background.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading post-colonial literature, staying active through fitness and long-distance running, and exploring art and visual culture.
